Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of American USA Transfers' services, including airport transfers, tours, and yacht charters in the Quintana Roo region (Cancún, Riviera Maya, and surrounding areas). By booking with us, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation.

  • Prices are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.

  • Yacht charters and private tours may require a deposit, with the balance due before service.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

A. Airport Transfers & Standard Tours

  • Cancellation 24+ hours before service: Full refund.

  • Cancellation within 24 hours: No refund.

  • No-shows or missed pickups: No refund.

B. Yacht Charters & Private Tours

  • Cancellation 7+ days before service: Full refund.

  • Cancellation 3-6 days before service: 50% refund.

  • Cancellation within 48 hours: No refund.

  • Weather-related cancellations: Rescheduling or credit (no refund).

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Changes to Bookings

  • Changes (date, time, pickup location) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).

  • Late changes may incur additional fees.

  • Yacht charters & private tours require 72 hours’ notice for modifications.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate flight details, pickup times, and contact information.

  • Arrive on time at the designated pickup point. Delays may result in forfeited service.

  • Follow all safety instructions from drivers/tour operators.

  • Yacht charters: Comply with crew instructions and maritime laws.

5. Third-Party Providers

  • American USA Transfers does not own or operate vehicles/yachts—we arrange services with licensed providers.

  • We are not liable for delays, accidents, or misconduct by third-party operators.

6. Liability & Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Missed flights due to delays.

    • Lost/damaged luggage or personal items.

    • Injuries or incidents during transport/tours.

    • Weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions (force majeure).

7. Yacht Charter Specific Terms

  • Security deposit may be required (refundable post-inspection).

  • Damage to the yacht will be charged to the customer.

  • Illegal activities (drugs, excessive alcohol) result in immediate termination with no refund.

8. Privacy Policy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of service.

  • Disputes governed by Quintana Roo, Mexico laws.

10. Agreement Acceptance

By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
